The schedule for this summer's World Football Challenge was unveiled today and features four highly respected world soccer clubs in AC Milan, Chelsea, Inter Milan and Club America. The World Football Challenge will be played during the week of Sunday July 19th to Sunday July 26th and be played in six cities across the United States. All games will be aired on ESPN or ESPN2.
The clubs will use the World Football Challenge to prepare for their respective domestic leagues that will begin later in the fall. It will mark the 5th time in six years that Chelsea come to the US for preseason EPL preparations.
Sunday, July 19
Club America vs. Inter at Stanford Stadium (Palo Alto, Calif.) 7 pm ET on ESPN2
Tuesday, July 21
Chelsea vs. Inter at the Rose Bowl (Pasadena, Calif.) 11 pm ET on ESPN2
Wednesday, July 22
AC Milan vs. Club America at the Georgia Dome (Atlanta, Ga.) 7 pm ET on ESPN2
Friday, July 24
AC Milan vs. Chelsea at M&T Bank Stadium (Baltimore, Md.) 8 pm ET on ESPN
Sunday, July 26
AC Milan vs. Inter at Gillette Stadium (Foxborough, Mass.) 5 pm ET on ESPN2
Sunday, July 26
Chelsea vs. Club America at Cowboy Stadium (Arlington, Texas) 7 pm ET on ESPN2
