UNC Greensboro have officially inherited the title of Cinderella in this years NCAA Mens Soccer Tournament as they pulled their 2nd upset in 5 days. After taking out Duke on Friday, UNC Greensboro knocked off Loyola Maryland 2-1 in overtime. Corey Maret knocked home the winner in the 92nd minute and UNC Greensboro will face South Florida in the round of 16.
In other games, #1 ranked Wake Forest had trouble with William & Mary who hung tough all evening. Finally Wake were able to break through when Cody Arnoux scored in the 95th minute. The biggest game of the evening pitted #5 Tulsa at #3 Creighton. Creighton jumped to a 2-0 lead in the first 35 minutes and held off a Tulsa rally for the win. Creighton will host #19 UConn next who were 2-0 winners over Virginia.
