Schellas Hyndman of SMU to be named new FC Dallas Coach

SMUs legendary coach Schellas Hyndman will be named the new head coach of FC Dallas on Tuesday morning. Hyndman resigned frolm SMU on Sunday afternoon and attended the FC Dallas win over the Chicago Fire the same day. FC Dallas has a press conference scheduled for Tuesday morning 11am at Pizza Hut Park to announce the hiring. Rumours had been swirling for weeks as Hyndman had reportedly been butting heads with SMU athletic director Orsini. FC Dallas had tried to hire Hyndman the last couple of times their head coaching position became open but the SMU man had turned them down. This time it looks like the situation works for both sides as Schellas Hyndman will be the 5th coach in FC Dallas's history.
