Raul to New York Red Bulls?
Could Raul be ready to leave Real Madrid after 15 years at the highest level of European soccer?  Word out of Spain is that Raul is ready for a change and that he would love to play in America.  The New York Red Bulls look willing to make that happen as they are after the 32 year old.

Raul recently admitted he was considering his future at Real. "For 15 years I have won practically everything, and in the last three months I have played less," he said. "It's not an ideal situation for any player."

After a disastrous 2009 MLS season the New York Red Bulls are desparate for a better 2010. They are reportedly seeking a European superstar and have been linked with Barcelona striker Thierry Henry and a bid to tempt AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini out of retirement.

Having Raul in the MLS would be wonderful for fans and give the league more visibility as well as raising the level of play.  A definite win-win situation.
