Fulham took London rivals Tottenham to the woodshed Sunday in FA Cup play as they rolled into the fnal 16 with a 4-0 victory. Everything went wrong right from the beginning for Tottenham as their visit to Craven Cottage quickly turned into a nightmare. American Clint Demspey earned a penalty kick in the 8th minute and then just 3 minutes later Tottenham has centerback Michael Dawson sent off for another fouls in the box. Danny Murphy converted both spot kicks and within 11 minutes Fulham were ahead 2-0 and Spurs were down to ten men. The match was decided by halftime as Fulham went on to add two more goals and cruised to the 4-0 win. Fulham were awarded another home match in the round of 16 as they will face the winner of Bolton/Wigan.
Arsenal had a bit more difficulty in the game against Huddersfield out of League One. The lower side were clearly not overwhelmed by their trip to the Emirates Stadium and on 66 minutes they found themselves all even at 1-1 thanks to a shocking goal from Alan Lee. Huddersfield were incensed though as the referee awarded a controversial penalty kick to Arsenal in the 86th minute which Cesc Fabregas put home for the winner. Arsenal will hit the road in the round of 16 to face Leyton Orient.
