David Beckham to Paris St Germain?

Are David Beckham's days in MLS coming to an end.  He has won his MLS championship with the LA Galaxy.  He has been vocal for a couple of years about being open to returning to high level soccer in Europe. 

Well he now has his chance as French Ligue 1 leaders Paris St Germain have stepped up and offered a whopping $17.9 for 18 months.  It blasts Beckham's current MLS wage which has been in the $6.5 million range.

PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi told The Daily Mail that Beckham's decision will come down "between Tottenham and PSG," and the newspaper reported that after "lengthy negotiations with Beckham's representatives," PSG thinks it has "won the race to sign him."

Beckham, who travels Saturday with the Galaxy for their a postseason tour of Asia and Australia, will complete his contract with LA at the end of December, and he's mulling whether to stay with the Galaxy, head home to London or head to Paris Saint-Germain.

The Galaxy's best chance is that Beckham has said he and his family love living in Los Angeles, but the English star this week said he would maintain a home in Beverly Hills no matter where he plays.  Expect Beckham to head across the Atlantic when all is said and done.
