David Beckham notched his first goal for AC Milan in Serie A action at Bologna in a 4-1 victory today. After the game Beckham and Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti both hinted again at perhaps Beckham staying on rather than returning to MLS.
On the Beckham goal, AC Milan attacked Bologna with speed and Clarence Seedorf found Beckham streaking on the right into the Bologna penalty area. Seedorf layed the ball off and Beckham hit it firt time into the top right corner of the net (see highlight video below).
After the game there was more speculation about David Beckham's plans going forward and if they include a return to MLS or a move to AC Milan.
"I can't say what will happen," Beckham stated. "Even if my contract says that I'll be here until March. We'll have to see. At the moment I'm enjoying this experience. I'm at one of the biggest clubs in the world. And having won gives us confidence to continue."
