The 3rd weekend of the college soccer season presented another good slate of games featuring teams in the Soccermogul Top 30. The big winners on the weekend were #12 Washington who notched wins over #3 SMU and #21 New Mexico. Wake Forest should remain #1 after defeating Louisville 1-0.
Both #2 Indiana and #s SMU will both fall in the Soccermogul Top 30 after suffering two defeats on the weekend. #14 Northwestern continues to roll with convincing wins and Virginia Tech had two good wins in Tulsa. Other big movers on the weekend were Creighton, who defeated Indiana,. and Michigan.

The field and bracket for the 2011 NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer Championship was announced Monday and the tournament’s #1 seed was awarded to North Carolina.
