The Champions League draw is done for 2010-2011 and new boys Tottenham learned they are in Group A with holders Inter Milan. It's a difficult group for Tottenham as in addition to Inter there is Werder Bremen and FC Twenty. Manchester United landed in Group C and should be quite happy with the draw. United are in with Valencia, Rangers and Bursaspor in a group they should have little trouble advancing from.
Group D has Barcelona headlining where they should have little trouble as well. Joining Barca are Panathinaikos, Copenhagen and Ruben Kazan. Group E has Bayern Munich and Roma as the big boys. Basel and CFR Cluj will try to push their way into the top two in the group, but have a tough road.
Chelsea lead Group F and look to have a couple of tricky opponents in Marseille and a tough trip to Spartak Moscow. Minnows MSK Zilina round out the group. Group G is clearly the Group of Death as powers AC Milan and Real Madrid are together. Throw in Ajax and Auxerre nothing will be easy in this group. Arsenal got a kind draw falling into Group H and should have no problem cruising through against Braga, Partizan and Shakhtar Donetsk.
