Champions League - Barca wins big

Spanish giants Barcelona had no trouble putting a whoopin on Swiss side FC Basel 5-0 behind a pair of goals from Bojan Krkic.  Chelsea needed a late goal from John Terry to defeat Roma in London. 

Group A -
Chelsea 1  Roma 0
Bourdeaux 1  CFR Cluj 0
Chelsea got a 77th minute goal from captain John Terry to defeat Roma while Bordeaux rode an own goal to victory.  Chelsea top the group on 7 points while CFR Cluj sits on 4 with  Roma 3.

Group B -
Inter Milan 1  Anorthosis 0
Panathinaikos 2  Werder Bremen 2
Adriano scored just before halftime to lift Inter Milan to victory.  Meanwhile, Panathinaikos and Werder Bremen fought to an entertaining 2-2 draw.  It was the third draw in 3 matches for the Germans. Inter leads the group on 7 points while Anorthosis has 4 and Werder Bremen 3.

Group C - 
Sporting Lisbon 1 Shakhtar Donetsk 0
Barcelona 5  FC Basel 0
Barcelona is perfect on 9 points thus far.  Sporting Lisbon has 6 and Shakhtar 3.

Group D -
Liverpool 1  Atletico Madrid 1
PSV Eindhoven 2  Marseille 0
With the draw both Atletico and Liverpool are on 7 points while PSV has 3.
