Well the drama is finally over and David Beckham has gotten his wish to stay in Italy with AC Milan until the end of the Serie A season. After weeks of haggling, drama and news stories Beckham's loan has been extended. He will rejoin the LA Galaxy and MLS soccer in July. He will get a short break to rest between Serie A and MLS.
David Beckham has made no mistake about his love of Milan and his experience in Italy and Serie A. He also feels playing in Italy will increase his chances of being included in the England squad for the World Cup qualifiers. It is believed that upon completion of the MLS season that he will use his own money to buy out his MLS contract to return to Italy and AC Milan for 2010.
