Published 11/2/2006 5:19:43 AM by Soccer Mogul Staff from Dallas, Texas U.S.A.

The final four for MLS has been set with games to be played this weekend to decide who will meet in Dallas Texas for the MLS Cup.

In the Eastern Conference the matchup everyone expected has materialized as DC United faces New England. It should be a fabulous game DC United had the best regular season record and sports a star-studded lineup with Jaime Moreno, Christian Gomez, Freddy Adu and Ben Olson. On the other side last years MLS finalist New England counters with Taylor Twellman, Pat Noonan and Clint Dempsey. The match will be Sunday 4:00 ET at RFK in Washington DC. The game will be televised on ESPN2.

In the Western Conference surprise Colorado advanced over regular season champions FC Dallas to face Houston Dynamo. Houston rallied to win the series over Chivas USA with a 2-0 win over the weekend. They sport stars such as Brian Ching and Canadian international DWayne DeRosario. The Dynamo should be clear favorites over Colorado but being the underdog didn't stop the Rapids against FC Dallas. Colorado is led by Pablo Mastroeni and Jovan Kirovski. The teams meet Sunday 6:00 CT in Houston and the game can be seen on the Fox Soccer Channel.
